With the popularization of computer and advance rapidly of net work technique, digitization has become the course of the oil field. However at the progress of production control, data gathering and data transmit, oil production crew usually use the method of artificial reports, layer under layer reports, at the same time the production analysis is also dependence on artificial summing-up, oil production mill can not know the production data of oil production crew without delay.The paper comprehensive research all kinds of affection which effect the oil well production efficiency, develop a new method , called well off coefficient evaluate method. This technique is based on system analysis factor, divide the efficient of effect the oil production to three types, surface of the earth factor, subsurface of the earth factor, daily servicing factor, each efficient is subdivided to bodily efficient, use the advanced .Net network technique, huge mesh data base and high performance server platform develop the production efficiency optimization system. The system resolves the production information transmission problem and oil extraction factory worker can inquire about the production data of any time quantum and deal with the data to get the result,draw up the production decision to improve the oil well production efficiency.On the basis of research conclusion, the paper analysis the pump rod intensity, compute the fitting suspension center load and the fitting fix interval of centralizer. Pipe string drag with dripping in,compute the best trajectory of pipe, decrease the affection of tube and beam.With the production data of some one oil extraction factory between 2003 and 2006, use the software which program by the theory of the paper analysis the affecting factor, sum up the alternation regular pattern, computational solution indicate subsurface of the earth factor is the most important factor, occupancy 50.27%.
