| An inner covering working line was first imported in September 1993. The paint used,PC200,is the first international coating of excellent antisepsis performance . The oil- water well production is restricted seriously because the coating with long import time and high price must be stored not more than six months in low temperature.Aiming to the above condition,the following research works are done. By means of investigation and survey to corrosion and encrustation in oil-water well at home and abroad,the proofing status of the wells is made clear ,correlated agent samples in industry water treatment plants inland are collected. The corrosion encrustation on site in some wells is investigated, the status quo and degree of the corrosion is analyzed , the outcome from encrustation is taken apart,and the types of encrustation are determined in the first petroleum production in HUBEI OILFIELD. After representative water quality analysis,trend prediction for encrustation,corrosion analysis and encrustation condition assay,the main factors and their origins are found out, the corrosion causes are made clear. After these studies,a new effective well anti-encrustation agent and inhibitor is found,a new anti-encrustation with magnetism for oil-water wells and a new inner antisepsis coating for rodline and vitta is bring forward, both elimination by electron scale-borer and shove-pouring elimination & prevention are put forward. By test research and economy estimate into kinds of protection techniques including chemical agent antiseptic and anti-encrustation, withstand corrosion material antiseptic and process anti-encrustation, a set of economic and practical solutions and reliable technique support are determined to cut down the velocity of corrosion and encrustation and crude oil production cost.We tested the antisepsis's protective capability in oil-water wells.And the research is successful . a new wide-used good-antisepsis with obvious economic and society benefit. |
