| With the coming of the information age, people are more concerned about health and attaching greater attention to fitness activities, thus the market of home fitness equipment boasts vast potential. However, due to the lack of guide of systematic ergonomics theories, current design of the fitness equipment in our country is far from meeting all-round fitness care need. This has directly affected the interest of common people to fitness equipment and corresponding sales, and weakened the competitiveness of China's home fitness equipment manufacturers in the international market. This study is launched basing the above background.From the perspective of industrial design and applying the concept and basic principles of ergonomics, this research conducted systematic and comprehensive ergonomics analysis and research to home fitness equipment. In this research, basic theories of ergonomic design, principles and measures of home fitness equipment design are arrived at. The main content of this research is as follows:In-depth study is conducted into relevant knowledge of home fitness exercises in the first section of this thesis, which provides as important reference for theoretical research of ergonomic design of home fitness equipment.In the second section, the matching relationship between various elements of the human-machine-environment system of the fitness equipment is studied and in-depth analysis about the reasonable combination, functional parameters and safety reliability is conducted in detail, through which the reasonable design method about the fitness equipment is acquired.In the third section, functional parameters design about the fitness equipment is analyzed systematically with the human body measurements, through which theoretical basis about the functional parameters of the fitness equipment is acquired, detailed calculation of the treadmill and fitness machine is got.Section Four of this thesis conducted detailed analysis and research to the control device and visual identification device of the fitness equipment is conducted with the theory of human-machine interface. In this section, design principle of the human-machine interface and scientific design about the control devices and visual recognition device of the treadmill is got.Basing the above theoretical study about the ergonomic design of the home fitness equipment, design principles and procedures of the home fitness equipment centering the user are proposed.With systematic analysis and research about the ergonomics theory of the home fitness equipment theory, research result acquired from this research can provide theoretic and data support about the ergonomics design of home fitness equipment, to further contribute to enhance the comprehensiveness of our domestic fitness equipment manufacturers in the international market. |
