| In order to reduce the cost and delivery time, the manufacturing enterprises must own the quick response in product development to meet these unprecedented challenges. In this paper, based on the research on the function and the structure of a sectional-frame hydraulic press, leads the idea of Multi-domain Space Oriented Adaptable Design (MSOAD) into its structure design process, inquiries into the general MSOAD method in concrete application of the sectional-frame hydraulic press design, designs the process of designing and creating the Adaptable Module (AM) and discusses carefully global variable based parameterized design process. The functionality analysis, the product family, the AM partition, the gain of the adaptable unit structure, parameterized design of the AM and the adaptable unit structure and creation of the AM are performed to the sectional-frame hydraulic press.The main contexts are as following:1) Summarizes the current research of the structure design, the modular design, the MSAD and the secondary development on the hydraulic press, presents this topic and shows the studying contents.2) Studies the conception and postulate of the MSOAD and the postulate of creating the AM of the sectional-frame hydraulic press,and tells of the conception of the AM and the adaptable unit structure of the sectional-frame hydraulic press, multi-domain space oriented AM creation and the AM creation of the sectional-frame hydraulic press.3) Studies the character of the sectional-frame hydraulic press structure, According to the principle of partitioning the AM, partitions the sectional-frame hydraulic press into the AM, the unit structure and the unit plate step by step, and the AM family has been programmed.4) To every AM, unit structure and unit plate of the sectional-frame hydraulic press, parameterized design is performed, and the interface between the AMs is designed and showed. It is the theoretic base of realizing the AM creation system.5) Set up the system of the AM design and creation and realizes the function: quick preview of the AM, its parameter-driving, and its creation, and shows the process of realizing the program design. |
