The Study On Reusing Of Flyash

As the development of power and heating power industry in our country, the putout of flyash is bigger and bigger, as ever to be 0.12 billion ton per year. Recently ,as the efforts of our country and enterprises and "R&D" institutions,the rate of reusing of flyash is higher and higher, but it still is not high-level .To raise the rate of the reusing of flyash, this paper analyzes the application on reusing of flyash in construction and wall material and other producing, and takes technological and economical analysis on the projects of cementation ceramicist and steam brick by making use of flyash.Not only can the reusing of flyash solve the problem about pollution, meanwhile, it also is able to make products by reusing flyash. Based on the analysis of the character of flyash, this paper provides that flyash should be used in construction firstly and wall material producing in priority and other producing gradually.At the same time, the view that this paper provides is analyzed and proved. It introduces in detail the character and technology and developing prosperity, which is solved by providing some methods. At last, based on the economic policies recently, it talks about the technological and economical analysis of project on cementation ceramicist and steam brick by making use of flyash.
