Nowadays, flyash exhausts from the power station not only take up a great deal of landresources, and the dust from the ash field has also brought serious secondary environmentalpollution, which has already caused extensive concerns. This article put forward to make useof a kind of flocculation deposition sludge exhaust from the dye factory, with which wesynthesized a kind of solidification reagent, which has good results in fixed ash, low-cost,convenience construction, holding water and can promote the growth of plant. Theexperimental result showed that, the best synthesis conditions of solidification reagent are:formaldehyde must be controlled between 7.0%-8.0%when the solid shape content of wastematerial is 50%, acidity of the reaction should be controlled between 1.0~2.0, the reactiontemperature is 90±5℃and reaction for 4h.And we discussed main influence factors and the effect of fixing ash. Experimental and thescene fixing result showed that, if the security spurt content of solidification reagent could becontrolled in 70g (dry solid shape content) /m~2, the ash surface after fixing not only inpossession of good dank water-fast ability, but also has the power to resist 6-8 level wind.The experiment also discovered, the ash surface after fixing have good water absorbabilityand the water retention property function, which provided the basic safeguard to trees, algaeand so on; Moreover the average chlorophyll content of trees also enhanced above 75%, thesolidification reagent also has the plant hormone function. Therefore this increased anti-winderosion performance of the ash surface indirectly.The practice of construction and the effect of ash fixing demonstrated, the spurting ofsolidification reagent must as evenly as possible, which in order to avoid "the point pitting"phenomenon. The best method of scene construction is before chemistry fixing, the ashsurface should be soaked by water first, in order to obtain the better fixing effect andintensity.
