| The paper reported the Candida utilis which utilized four Eel Roasting working procedures wastewater to produce SCP (single cell protein), and took the highest yield ofthe working procedure-the wastewater from Prepared Eel as the research object.Alsoincluded in this paper was a report of the optimum conditions that the Candida utilis utilized the wastewater from Prepared Eel to produce SCP. Results showed that:the amount of inoculation account for 15%,fermentation time is 48h,temperature 25℃,pH 5.0,KNO35.04g/L,liquid volume 40ml,Na2HPO4 0.1g/L,and ZnSO4·7H2O 0.1g/L and so on, the Candida utilis utilized the wastewater from Prepared Eel(initial CODcr 1840mg/L)to ferment the highest yield SCP 1.3125g/L,protein content 0.5053 g/L.Furthermore,this paper reported the optimum conditions that the mixed bacteria(Candida utilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae) utilized the wastewater from Prepared Eel to produce SCP. Results showed that: when combining proportion of two bacteria is 1:1, SCP is the highest yield, fermentation time is 241k liquid volume 50ml,temperature 30℃,pH 5.0,KNO31.33g/L,NaH2PO4 0.2g/L and so on, the mixed bacteria utilized the wastewater from Prepared Eel (initial CODcr 4563mg/L) to ferment the highest yield SCP 1.726g/L,protein content 0.6429 g/L. Final results showed that: the wastewater from Eel Roasting can be used in producing SCP, and SCP is the high quality Dietary Protein Sources, which not only resolves the problem of sewage disposal, but also brings waste to the reutilization. |
