The artificial lake in the large typical buildings of cities, riverway and the landscape water body etc come forth constantly, upgrading the city's taste and improve the living environment.but landscape water protection, water turnover and supplementary source of water become the important issues facing to many cities especially in dry city. Taking xi'an moat as a research background, this paper has done physical research on the basis of water system structure and analysing pollution present situation of xi'an moat, and make a groping study of using self-circular water in xi'an moat. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Based on analyzing many At home and abroad Literature about city water circular and reuse in landscape water body, consider the characteristic of xi'an moat. Through analyzing water environment factors such as water source, water quality etc, and faced with the pressure of must supply to 10,000 tons water a day on the water shortage citys, this paper put forward a new thought about self-circular using of moat water.(2) Combined the characteristic of the water environment of moat, this paper put forward a new theory about the lifecycle of landscape water body. Besides, in order to improve the moat's water quality, from the two kinds of states about river and lake water quality model, it makes water environment emulation. Finally, it makes a discussion about the disposing arts and crafts of wastewater reuse system.(3) Carried out a feasibility study and analysis about water supply of moat and put forward a scheme, this paper replenishes the moat with the water of Water Company or reservoir on the basis of self-circular using of moat water. This way not only ensures the water quantity of moat, but also supplies a good water souce.(4) Proceed from the geographical position of moat and combined with correlative design of reclaimed water treatment station, it will build a reclaimed water treatment station in the northwest corner of moat and realize the water elf-circular through engineering measures. In addition, from the protection and reconstruct of landscape water body of moat, put forward a reconstruct scheme. (5) Taken cost - cost analysis method and combined with the fuzzy maths etc theory, this paper calculates the reclamed water about resource cost, engineering cost and environment cost. Finally, through comparing in using self-circular water add water factory'water supply, using water factory'water and reclamed water, we know the using self-circular water of moat is the best and economical scheme.
