| High-performance manufactured engineering plastics are mainly developing tendency in the field of polymeric materials' science and engineering lately.Perfermance and configuration were analyzed by the liquid chromatogram and MFI.Be contrasted with the PPO resin of GE,Asahi Kasei Corporation and Blue Star in the field of thermal properties,fluidity property and mechanical properties,it can be get that the peak of melt of PPO resin made by GE and Asahi Kasei is broader than PPO resin made by Blue Star.The thermal stabilization property of four PPO resins is equal,and the thermal stabilization property of PPO resin made by Asahi Kasei Corporation is the steadiest,and the PPO resin made by Blue Star is steadier than PPO resin made by GE and Asahi Kasei.The mechanical property of PPO resin made by Blue Star,GE,Asahi Kasei are equal.According the ratio,manufactured the PPO/HIPS alloy by blending PPO resin made by Blue Star and HIPS.It is studied that the relation of mechanical properties of alloy and content of PPO.It is also studied the flammability properties of flame PPO/HIPS alloy.TCP is flame retardant of PPO/HIPS,but TCP impacts the tensile strength and wien softening point of PPO/HIPS alloy.PPO-g-MAH is prepared by a melt grafting process on the condition of adding a few initiators.According the ratio,manufactured the PPO/PA6 alloy by blending PPO resin made by Blue Star,grafed PPO and HIPS.It is studied the compatibility of PPO and PA6 by mechanical property and their phases.The better match of the PPO/PPO-g-MAH is 30/30/40.Based on this study,POE-g-MAH which is prepared by a melt grafting process is used to toughen PPO/PA6 blends.The mechanical properties of varied blends and their phase have been investigated.The results have shown that the best dosage of POE-g-MAH is 10%—14%The heat stabilized of PPO made by Blue Star was studied,and it was found that benzoin can solve this problem.And under some content of benzoin,the benzoin doesn't infect the mechanics property of PPO resin. |
