It is the tendency for modern machine manufacture field to attain the high accuracy and high efficiency. The development of NC machine tool and CNC machine tools demand the technology of the precision measurement and the processing growing.At present, error compensation has become one of the important pillars of the modern precision engineering technical. And the 5-Axis NC machining is an important way to achieve large-scale and effective special-shaped complex parts of high-precision machining. With the development of computer technology, CAM and simulation technology obvious advantages in the field of NC machining increasingly, not only them can improve programming efficiency, but also can prevent unnecessary processing of processing errors, and achieve the purpose of machining parameters optimization and improve machining Efficiency.In this paper, by researching error sources of NC machine tools and the accuracy of error detection method, with HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC system Mikron UCP 800 NC machine tools and precision positioning accuracy repeat positioning accuracy error detection and compensation. Detailedly study the and choosing the parameters of the 5-axis, and set up the machining methods of processing plan in the CAM. Researching the method of isoparametric to creat the tool path, and through post-processing generate a reasonable NC code.
