| During the process of drilling and workover in oil production, there are some operational inconveniences and hidden dangers by using traditional production methods and heavy hydraulic power tongs, and these factors influence the improvement of efficiency. During the process of the automatic drilling, iron roughneck is the most development equipment of pipe handling operation and one of the most important automatic equipment which can complete connection of the pipe, casing and other equipment and improve the safety and efficiency in oil production. The better parameter and more widely used iron roughneck TZG216-110 was developed to improve the production safety and efficiency, achieve the automatic production and make the foundation for nobody production on drilling platform, and investigation of design scheme of iron roughneck TZG216-110.Based on the common production from other countries, this thesis construes the different type of iron roughneck and explains the structure, principle and parameters of iron roughneck. Based on the production in our country, this thesis contrastively analyses the working principle, performance parameter and design scheme of the power tongs in our country and the different projects of iron roughneck from other countries and discuss the design scheme of iron roughneck TZG216-110. The major parts of structure design include the design of support device, articulated arm and tongs.According to the static and dynamic analysis of the iron roughneck, this thesis performs the specific structure of iron roughneck. This thesis also designs and calculates the major parts of the iron roughneck. The parameter model of the iron roughneck was established by the calculation of the dynamic analysis. It covers with virtual design for iron roughneck by using 3D(three-dimension) software Pro/Engineer including its 3D model and virtual assembly. Then, it confirms the safety and feasibility to the major components and parts by Workbench.This thesis also expatiates the situation and forecast of iron roughneck. According to the oil production and the equipment in our country, this thesis discusses the development trend of the homemade iron roughneck. |
