Evaluation Of Compositive Benefits Of Reclamation Modes For Coal Mine Subsidence And Study On Countermeasures

Both coal and land are important natural resources for human. Coal exploitation has contributed greatly to the development of the economy and society for many years. Meanwhile, the concomitant spreading coal mine subsidence has seriously affected the ecological environment, agricultural production, regional economic development and the people's living standard in mining area. So it is urgent to find a sustainable developing way for the mining area to re-exploit and reuse subsidence based on the local condition, in order to optimize economic, ecological and social benefits after reclamation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, based on the analysis of the status quo of the coal mine subsidence and the reclamation of it in China, the paper will make a simple research on the problems of reclamation of the coal mine subsidence in China at present.Second, the paper will analyze the motivating factors and the principles of land reclamation, as well as the mechanism of land reclamation of our country. According to the sustainable development theory, the target system of coal mine subsidence reclamation will be set up. In this section, the process of subsidence reclamation will also be listed.Third, a classification of the reclamation modes for the coal mine subsidence will be constructed by summing-up the modes of reclamation among China and studying both the advantages, disadvantages of the reclamation modes and the area in which modes are applied. The paper will give us 15 classifications from 3 perspectives, as usage of the land, reclamation techniques and reclamation actors.Fourth, the paper will construct an index system, which contains 3 hierarchies, such as object, criterions and indexes. The index system is composed of 11 indexes, from aspects of economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits. Then, an evaluating system of the compositive benefits of reclamation modes for subsided land of coal exploitation will be developed.Lastly, I will carry on the evaluation of the compositive benefits of four typical reclamation modes for subsidence of coal exploitation which are differentiated in depth of water. Considering the results of compositive benefits evaluation of different reclamation modes, as well as JiuLi borough's natural geography condition, social condition and economy condition, the paper will make a general design of the reclamation modes for the coal mine subsidence in JiuLi borough. Then a series of countermeasures will be put forward in order to solve the problems which existed in subsidence reclamation in JiuLi borough.
