| In view of the fact that the combustibility of flue-cured tobacco could take significant influence to the characteristic of cigarette smoke, so the systemic effect that the contents of total sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,total ash,petroleum ether extract,chlorine,potassium,calcium and others chemical composition in tobacco took to the combustibility of tobacco was studied with the correlation analysis,partial correlation analysis,linear regression and other analysis methods ,and then the effect of systemic effect taken to the taking quantity of the tar,smoke nicotine and carbon monoxide was studied, at last the linear regression matrix of chemical composition,combustibility and smoke composition was gotten. The abstract was followed:It had remarkable relativity between the position and the chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco leaf, and the alike relation was in the chemical compositions. The alternant effect was in those correlation relations, so it was very important for the study on the actual relation between the chemical compositions and the combustibility to identify the alternant effect.It had remarkable minus relativity between the quantity of tar and the rate of free combustion, and the relativity hadn't been effected by the alternant effect of cigarette density and puff number, but if we control the cigarette density and puff number, it hadn't remarkable relativity between the rate of free combustion and the quantity of carbon monoxide.The analysis result of the quantity per puff of general smoke compositions showed that it had remarkable minus relativity between the rate of free combustion and the quantity per puff of tar, it had alike relation between the rate of free combustion and the quantity per puff of smoke nicotine, but it didn't have between the rate of free combustion and the quantity per puff of carbon monoxide, furthermore, the relation between the rate of free combustion and smoke nicotine was same as that between the rate of free combustion and the carbon monoxide.The research of the relations between the chemical compositions and general smoke compositions showed that the alternant relation of chemical compositions could take great effect to the relation between the chemical compositions and the general smoke compositions.The research of this article showed that the rate of free combustion as the key parameter incarnated the combustibility of cigarette could take great effect to the regression model of tar and change the variable of regression model, but the rate of free combustion couldn't take effect to the regression of smoke nicotine and smoke carbon monoxide.The linear regression of the quantity per gram cut tobacco and the chemical compositions was followed, and the rate of free combustion had been taken into account.
