Multilateral well technique is a newly technique in petroleum industry, is an efficient technology which can increase productivity of multilateral well and economic benefit. Heavy oil is one the most important resource at 21 century. At the moment, the theory of seepage slow in multilateral well was studied, but the theory of multilateral well in some special reservoir such as heavy oil reservoir is not reported openly; most of the theory consider monophase and have less to study biphase and no paper consider the influence of afflux. The theory of conservation of momentum and conservation of mass are applied to establish the models of heavy oil flow in borehole and couple the drop in pressure model and heavy oil and wet heavy oil seepage model, them, building multilateral well system model. Programming corresponded numerical simulator to forecast deliverability of multilateral well in inspissated pool and wet inspissated pool. The model consider the influence of formation permeability, power law index, rub factor, friction loss, acceleration loss and afflux. The original verify the accuracy of multilateral well model in electric model. The result indicate that we can't neglect bore hole drop pressure if power law exponent is bigger and permeability is higher; Also, we can know that we should have a best branch length instead of as long as better and the branch angle should be 45 or more than that and should have less branch number and the multilateral well fit for thin reservoir.
