| Aiming at development current of practicing fully mechanized sublevel caving mining with great mining height for thick or very thick coal seam in our country, according to local condition of XingLongZhuang Mine in YanZhou Group, basing on close analysis of previous researcher's result, in this dissertation, the coal rock caving laws and technological parameters of top-coal caving of fully mechanized mining with Great cutting height for thick coal seam are research deeply by using theories analysis and numerical simulation and similitude simulated test in laboratory and field measurements.First, the paper analyzes the influencing factors to the top coal caving and drawing characteristics with condition of great cutting height,and the influence of different cutting height and gob shield obliquity to space of Roof Coal Caving and arching are analyzed deeply.second, the paper analyzes the influencing of cutting height to the distribution features of stress, failure field and top coal break in coal and rock.the results show that: the stress increasing zone become larger with the increase of cutting height, and the top coal has broken more seriously with the action of abutment pressure; the failure field of top coal before working face become larger too and the effect of top coal breaking are better.Third, the paper analyzes the influence laws about cutting height and coal drawing interval and method to the coal rock flowing law and caving effect, appropriate drawing technological parameters and high efficiency control of fractured top-coal caving may be decided.Finally, field measurement and analysis research have been actualized combining with the engineer practice, the observation results prove the results correct, and good technical and economical effects are obtained. |
