Quite a part of coal roadways in china are located in argillaceous soft rock. Because excavating action disturbs engineering stress field of roadway surrounding, as a result seepage passage dynamically develops, which may change supplying and seeping condition of groundwater, and thus arouses fissured water dynamically invading into the surrounding argillaceous rock. Especially at faults place ,the cranny is very developed, bring big difficulty to control of roadway surrounding rock.In order to solving control problem of argillaceous roadway weakened by water in fault place, The paper taken TaoYuan mine north roadway across F2 fault as research object, based on analysis of theory and numerical simulation, researched the weaken mechanism and deformation regulation under condition of water-rock interaction, founded the strengthen countermeasure and control of roadway surrounding rock. Searched dynamic process control technology of argillaceous softrock roadway under water weakening condition. Researched the weaken mechanism and deformation regulation under condition of water-rock interaction, to bring sustain for roadway surrounding rock control scheme. Put out the key technology of control argillaceous softrock weakened by water---new chemical grouting strengthen material technology. And put out the dynamic process control technology of argillaceous softrock roadway under water weakening, including below:â‘ based on understand of argillaceous softrock deformation law, established dynamic process control concept, taken different measure in different phases of roadway surrounding rock deformation;â‘¡Multi-compound supporting opportunity: grouting opportunity, local consolidating opportunity and so on;â‘¢Deformation and stress dynamically monitoring technology in the course of engineering practice.At last, through the practice of north roadway across the F2 fault in Taoyuan mine, the dynamic process control technology was well applied succeedly.
