As the base of integrated control technology in modern petrochemical industrials, modeling and optimization for the procedure of reaction regeneration of catalytic cracking is widely applied and brings large profits to related plants. This dissertation takes the important secondary process of refinery——catalytic reforming for background, and deeply studies in settling model of catalytic cracking and developing special simulation software, and practical use, while focuses on the simulation and optimization of this procedure and its typical industrial applications.First, after analyzed the procedure of reaction regeneration of catalytic cracking, the topic and research method etc. are given. Then the concept of Genetic Algorithms is introduced, include the characteristic, and the practical use of control optimization and multi-objective optimization, which considered as the perfect foundation for Genetic Algorithms.To settle the reaction regeneration of catalytic cracking procedure model, chemical reaction model and lumping reaction kinetics model are set about, from which some models are founded and modified, and the 13 lumping reaction kinetics models are taken for the base model of computer imitate and optimal control as a result.In optimal controlling, a program is written by matlab language which use Neural Network as the fitness function of Genetic Algorithms of multi-objective optimization, and calculate operate parameter to reach maximum light oil product rate and minimum exhaust. After practiced in real operate, we received ideal result in the end.There is some breakthrough in settling catalytic cracking procedure mode, using of Genetic Algorithms, and writing optimal control program, as while as in outline control in refinery, but it is a long and heavy task to use online optimal control in refinery thoroughly.
