The focus of this paper is how to reduce the effect of quasistate error and enhancing the accuracy of NC machines. The rapid development of Advanced Manufacturing Technology has given higher requirement to Quality Assurance System. With the development of science and technology, the market requirement of Machining Center is rising rather than decreasing. The development of high precise machining makes it necessary to raise the measuring accuracy of workpiece. Measuring on-line on Machining Center is an important constituent section in CIMS system. There were some work which include building the general movement model and the movement error model have been done. And the effects of geometrical error and error of load were considered by using the method of movement error analysis of MBS.Correct identifying the load error parameters is one of the most important preconditions for error compensation of NC machines. By using MBS to analyze error, a method of identifying the load error parameters caused by the weight of workbench and workpiece has put forward. According to this method, a real model of 3-axes NC machine center has been built.When simulate the junction plane of guide rail, the concept of node unit was used to simulate the guide rail of NC machines. The result was got with computer calculation by ANSYS. The experiment proved the result that we identify the load error parameters of model in NC machines is correct and the main idea is feasible. |
