Abstract/Summary:
Dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater is high organic compounds concentration of high acidity,high sugar content and decomposition bio-refractory produced during saponin manufacturing by rhizomes of dioscorea zingiberensis.The natural water will be seriously polluted if wastewater directly discharged.It has not better treatment technology at present for dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater.The treatment technology exploitation of this wastewater is the problem to be solved after paper making,printing and dyeing and brewing.At present,the study of treatment technology dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater are mostly on treatment process.And it lacks of dynamical characteristics study of anaerobic biochemical reaction.Taking dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater on site as the research object,this paper studies the influence parameters of dynamical characteristics of anaerobic biochemical reaction,as temperature,substrate concentration,hydraulic retention time and control parameters of intermediate process,such as pH,VFA and bicarbonate alkalinity,And sets up the model of dynamical of anaerobic biochemical reaction.It studies the strategy of operation control of control parameters of intermediate process.The conclusions of the study are as follows.(1)The removal rate of CODcr of anaerobic biochemical reaction of high temperature of dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater is higher than medium temperature;Dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater has high sugar contents which will transformed into VFA,and the VFA contents has been high.Sugar contents have a great influence on effect of anaerobic biochemical reaction.(2)The reaction rate of CODcr changes little during the time of 96~120h.The lowest concentration value of anaerobic biochemical reaction is greater than the other industry wastewater.(3)TCCA can destruction the chelating molecular structure,as taanin and lignin. The result of experiment indicated that TCCA can increase the removal rate of anaerobic biochemical reaction by 43.7%to 64%.(4)TCCA has a good effect on decolorization for dioscorea zingiberensis wastewater.(5)This paper sets up two groups equations of dynamical anaerobic biochemical reaction.The equations accord with Monod.There is difference between dynamics parameters of two equations,it shows that substrate concentration has great effect on K_s.
