The marine resource is fully used, along with the economical strategy"developed marine economy in Weihai"is proposed., but at the same time the environment pollution comes to be more and more obvious, Because of the geographical position of Weihai, the polluted water can discharge to sea, the Weihai bay is the main sea area which carries the polluted water. Because of the semi-obturated feature which it has, its environmental capacity, especially the transport capacity is small. The pollutant emission, especially irregular emission is easy to make the pollutant to accumulate in the substrate sludge and have the pollution ecology effect. Therefore, how to use and dispose the environmental capacity resources scientifically and reasonably in semi-obturated bay is important for protecting the ecological environment. It is also have significance for the economy sustained development.This article bases on project"the influence of sea pollution discharge around the sea ecological environment that research on Weihai. The main purpose of this research is that estimating the environmental capacity of research sea area by using the ECOM numerical model to solve the problem that about environmental capacity using, how to choose the pollution outlet and the emissions way in the semi-obturated bay.This article follows the following methods to research on the environmental capacity research in Weihai Bay:①The estimated factor of environmental capacity was definited by embarking from the main environment questions about research sea area;②The environment quality goal of environmental capacity estimated factor was definited based on marine function regionalization in research area, "Sea water quality standard" and existing situation investigation result of sea water quality;③In the stable concentration field foundation, the environmental capacity is computed by using the source of pollution - water quality response method.Based on the three–dimensional (3-D) simulation of tidal current and the distribution of pollutants in Weihai Bay sea area, the principles of the mass conservation and the linear superposition, the response relationship between receiving waters and the pollutants in sea area were developed. Combined with the conception of dilution zone, the environmental capacity in marine pollution receiving area was computed. It is provided for the government to make corresponding emission and reduced standards for the different drains of Weihai Bay pollutants. The dilution and diffusion capacity of Wangdao and Changfeng River in Weihai Bay sea area is bad, the pollutant is easy to residence in this area. The existing pollution discharge has exceeded the environmental capacity in this sea area, so it needs to reduce the pollution discharge quantity. The other drains still have the surplus environmental capacity, the pollution in Nan Zhudao River has the biggest surplus capacity. |
