Research On Natural Freezing To Remove Pollutants In The Sanitary Sewage

As an energy-saving and environment-protecting wastewater treatment method, natural freezing makes use of our unique geographical advantages to solve the problems of water pollution and save energy. Recently, it has brought to the concerned scholar's attention.The purpose of the article is to analyze that what removal efficiency the natural freezing method has on pollutants in the waste water on the basis of the freezing concentration theory by the experiment of the man-made natural climate environment, The sanitary sewage was taken as the object of study. The experiment results showed that the COD removal efficiency reached above 80% and the NH3-N removal efficiency reached above 90%. On the basis of this experimental study and theory knowledge, the pollutant removal mechanism and the influence factor have been analyzed through changing experimental conditions as freezing temperature, freezing time and solution concentration and so on, and discussed the effective way to improve the ice crystal purity and the freezing concentration water treatment efficiency and to obtain the higher water quality water.Natural freezing water treatment method does not need to add any chemical medicine and cause secondary pollution, it has features of simple process, easy operation, low cost and saving energy. And it has developed a new way for a water treatment technology.
