As China's scientific and technological strength and environmental awareness are constantly increasing,people's reliance on clean energy becomes stronger,which makes people pay more attention to the use of clean energy.Natural gas is the energy in high energy usage,since it has the advantages of clean and efficient,so in China has been widely used.Natural gas is not conducive to storage and transportation.so it is liquefied and converted to low-temperature liquefied natural gas so that it can be easily transported and stored.When liquefied natural gas is transported to users,it is necessary to liquefy LNG.It is good to use.LNG will release a lot of cold when it is gasified.If these cold energy is not used scientifically and reasonably,it will not only waste energy,but it will even lead to pollution of the marine environment.Therefore,we should conduct more in-depth research on LNG cold energy.In this paper,the application of LNG cold energy to air separation process is simulated by using analytical method and sequential module method.The key to the utilization of LNG cold energy lies in the recovery and application of refrigeration quantity.This paper introduces the LNG,analyzes the current status of LNG cold energy application,and analyses the mathematical models and influencing factors of the cold energy utilization key factors of cold energy utilization.Then analyze the air separation method,air separation system and air separation process,and then carry out a detailed analysis of the refrigeration system and distillation system in the air separation process,and finally complete the construction of the LNG cold energy surplus cooling air separation system.We used Aspen Plus software to simulate the air separation process of LNG cold energy.According to the results of the process simulation,the influencing factors of the air separation process energy consumption are analyzed,and the best conditions are finally obtained.According to the actual situation of the LNG receiving station in Jin Jie,This paper analyzes the LNG cold energy air separation-cold depot-cold water air conditioning system jointly built by Fu You Company and Jin Jie Liquefied Natural Gas receiving station,Finally,the overall economic benefits are obtained.
