With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of the amount of vehicles in the city, traffic noise has nowadays more and more become the main source of noise. When cars are at speeds above 70km/h, tread pattern noise becomes the dominant source of noise. Therefore, the research on tread pattern noise control not only has far-reaching theoretical importance, but also has abundant practical value.In order to design low noise tread pattern, we exploited the noise simulation and optimize software cooperating with Shanghai Rubber Group, South china,Guangzhou Rubber Group,Zhengxin Rubber Ltd. and Hangzhou ZhongCe Group. By some years striving, the contract task of making the "Tread Pattern Noise-reduction Optimization Software System" (TNS/ODS) has been finished. It has acquired famous success on the control of Tread pattern noise. But it couldn't be used to optimize the asymmetric pattern noise, or else, it will bring a large error. This task is brought forward with this problem.Firstly ,this thesis analyzes the sound mechanism and the simulation model of tread pattern noise, the two aspects are the theory precondition of designing tread pattern. And then the computer simulation method is dissertated ,also with bar pattern structure.It has established the theory basis for asymmetric decorative pattern's simulation analysis and optimizationAfterwards, the criterion of noise-reduction design is analyzed and summarized, the criterion offer a method instruct to the design of a entireness tread of low noise ,the method pays attention to the practical application. Making modify on the primary program on processing graphy and simulation, an analysis and synthesis evaluation which could use for asymmetric pattern is established. Comprehensive evaluation is a objective method and also the gist of we judge the noise in the environment of computer.Noise reduction optimization is the kernel and difficult points of tread pattern noise control.In accordance with the design parameters of tread pattern, this paper systematically and intensively studies the noise reduction optimization theory. Based on it, this thesis then puts forward criterion and process method for thread pattern noise reduction optimization, which enables the optimization process to become more reasonable and more rapid.Finally, how to optimize ratio of retinue embryo pitchs and sorting order intelligently is discussed with GA and diagrammized by the analysis of simulation example.The research fruit and software in this thesis is strongly applicable to practical engineer, providing high effective approach for lower noise type designing and production.
