Study On The Resources Utilization And Harmess Treatment About The Domestic Waste Of The Small Town Of Xi'an

As a mainly city of the western development, the economic and the urban construction of the Xi'an has achieved great development. The quantity and scale of the small towns have achieved unprecedented development. Xi'an has 110 small towns at present. On the accelerate construction process of the small towns, the number of domestic waste of the small towns have increased significantly. The composition of the waste is very complicated and variable. Follow results in the treatment of the small towns waste becomes obvious day by day.There are three methods of domestic waste treatment, such as sanitary landfill,burning and composting at present. It cann't get the requirement by using the existing methods of sanitary landfill and composting. This result in the serious situation about the domestic waste treatment of the small towns of Xi'an. In this serious situation, we can furthest realize the resources utilization and harmess treatment by using the combination methods of sorting collection, composting and sanitary landfill. It is very necessary to resources utilize and harmess treat the small towns' domestic waste of Xi'an.This paper combined with the actual situation of natural and social environments of the small towns of Xi 'an. Through around the present waste treatment of Lantian, the characteristics of domestic waste, the component and the production quantity, it can get a treatment mode of domestic waste suitable for Liantian: sorting collection of the domestic waste of Lantian, then recycle and utilize the recoverable waste and compost the organic components of waste . In the last, it can use the sanitary landfill for the inorganic substances and some waste of the composting substances.By implementation of this mode, it can be gotten the harmess treatment for the domestic waste of Lantian, put an end to the ecological environment deterioration around the town and decrease the happening of diseases of the people in the urban. It will improve the environment health situation of Lantian. This result in a important and active role for improving and protecting the urban environment.
