| Mould manufacturing as the important component of manufacturing, high quality required and non- repetitive manufacturing was the typical delegate of single and small-size manufacturing .Long manufacturing cycle and full impact in manufacturing process period was the outstanding character. Especially, at the parallel mould projects surroundings, how to complete the mould manufacturing task just in time, how to plan the manufacturing schedule by the weightiness of different moulds, how to use the source of the enterprise correctly, those were the difficult problem for the enterprise administrant. And those problems fully reflected on the planning scheduling of workshop. The rationality of scheduling thoroughly took effect on the mould manufacturing cycle and manufacturing cost. Therefore, the available solution of this problem was to plan a reasonable, available and optimized workshop operation scheduling.In this paper, based on the mould production processing, the scheduling strategy with the EDM manufacturing unit in mould manufacturing enterprise was investigated. First of all, based on the existing non-identical parallel machines model, the mathematical model with character of mould EDM manufacturing process was formulated and was analyzed in detail. And then a preliminary study about the feasible solution was shown out on the condition of processing time and arrival time be known by genetic arithmetic. Through the simulating examples we proved the genetic algorithm could solve the problem validly; In addition, taking account of the uncertainties during the production processing, the scheduling problem of EDM workshop with fuzzy processing time and arrival time was investigated. With the help of trapezoid fuzzy number, the uncertain processing time and the arrival time were described. And with the Lee-Li's theory of fuzzy decision-making, the fuzzy objective function was made accurately. An hybrid genetic algorithm based on mechanism of biology evolution was introduced to make a scheduling. And a simulation result showed the effectiveness of this method.Finally, considering the actual demand of the mould EDM manufacturing unit, a mould production planning and control antitype system has been designed and developed using windows 2000 server as the development platform, Microsoft Visual Studio.NET as the development environment, C# as the development language, SQL Server2000 as database. |
