The Research On The Bonding Agent Of 45 Steel Cast-Chromized Technology

It was important that improving the quality of cast-chromized quality. Through researching on the effect of the bonding agent types on the cast-chromized layer quality, and observing microscopic organize and testing performance though the experiment in the factory. Some bonding agent was investigated about adhesive performance and decay product with the choice of the bonding agent. So the Cast-Chromized effect was researched with used inorganic, organic and complex bonding agent. 45 steel was used basal body with using WC and chrome iron as reinforced material.First, has made the introduction to the metal surface Cast-Chromized alloy research present situation, key to summarize to the research of the cast infiltrate technology, summarized the present surface alloy technology merit and the insufficiency, and forecast this technical development tendency, proposed the research topic.Next, it was studied that the Cast-Chromized quality was infuluenced the different types bonding agent in entirely test process. It was observed that the test result was achieved through changing the point of pouring and the types of bonding agent. The result showed that the Cast-Chromized quality appeared obvious diversity with using different bonding agent. The Cast-Chromized quality was the best , using borax as bonding agent. The Cast-Chromized quality was worse that using water-glass and complex bonding agent than using borax as bonding agent. The Cast-Chromized quality was worst, using organic bonding agent.Finally, through researching several different bonding agent, the globe mill lining plate was produced about Cast-Chromized with using borax as bonding agent and using suitable craft. the test result indicated that, the obtained lining board superficial alloy quality is good, not obvious casting defect.
