Auto Die Design Frame Select System And UG Second-Design

This paper bases on UG three-dimensional flat, in allusion to characteristic such as the complex of modl configuration, the degree of design require, the intension of design job and had been formed system, design this system. In this study, the author make such job.Using Visual C++6.0,SQL Server2000 and UG second design tools (UG/Open MenuScript,UG/Open UIStyler,UG/Open API) ,by using the ODBC of SQL interface to connect to database,to design die 3D parameter system. This system can choose the type and dimension of Die frame accord to the dimension of parts, and can add, modify, delete the data in the database of die frame too.Die system add to the files of UG when UG startup, the interface is simple and intuitionistic, the operation is convenient, connect with the UG interface organic,it have good alternation between people and machine, expansibility and transplant. Using this system can improve the efficiency of the design about die, shorten the cycle of design, improve the quality and standardization grade, make the engineer out of the complex job, using more energy to create technical project.
