| Computerized knitting machine is a high degree of automation of knitting machinery, mainly for knitted garments and handicrafts manufacture of weaving. With computer technology are developing rapidly, it has been a completely new appearance. Compared to other knitting machinery, Computerized knitting machine's creative innovation and technical details of the changes has become an important trend.Detailed analysis of computerized knitting machine structure and function, based on knitting machine knitting technology needs, the paper presents S3C2410 and EP1K50 as processor with the external drive circuit construction as the hardware platform. On this basis we transplant the Linux operating system for knitting machine control system designing.New embedded computerized knitting machine controller can control corresponding motor and electromagnet moves to complete the braiding in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of input signal from the machine and the synchronization signal from the machine. The GPIO driver for communications between S3C2410 and FPGA which including I/O access, the interrupting application and service procedures. Coprocessor and bottom drive circuit uses the bus for communication and reduce the number of users I/O and simplify the board-level indirect link. Bottom electromagnet driving circuit using both high and low voltage-driven approach, which makes it quick action in place and stable.New embedded computerized knitting machine controller based on ARM9 and FPGA is highly integrated, application procedures and the driver were prepared under Linux environment, strong portability. This computer control system with high technological content can enhance China's textile industry automation level in a certain sense. |
