With the implementation of"Small cities and towns,big stratagem"in our country,the construction of small cities and towns is distinctly quickening,consequently promotes the economic development and social advancement powerfully. But at the same time serious environmental problems appear,so as to environmental planning has no time to delay. Owing to these,College of Environmental Science and engineering of HUST is consigned to compile Environmental Protection Planning Criterion in Small Cities and Towns to provide basis of environmental protection in small cities and towns.Land use planning is an important part of ecological environmental planning,and it is the foundation of environmental district too. Ecological suitability analysis is the essential method of land use planning. By the ecological suitability,scientific evidence can be provided for the analysis of the present condition,the planning of the land use, and for the land exploitation and effective, reasonable land resource use.Based on elementary analysis of land use status internal and external,the thesis gives an example of ecological suitability in Yunnan Beidaying grassland landscape spot,and then makes research in rationality of land use planning in small cities and towns.Ecological suitability in Yunnan Beidaying grassland landscape spot is the dominating part of the thesis. In this part,the status and planning of landscape spot is introduced at first. Then the correlative factors are chosen out with matrix and other methods. In succession the weights are confirmed with mathematical method. In the following ecological suitability model is constructed and the classification standard is made certain. According to the model,the numerical value of ecological suitability is worked out. At last the thesis draws the conclusion and give some relative discussions.Advantages and disadvantages of ecological suitability are pointed out in application of environmental planning in small cities and towns at the final of the thesis. Then the shortage of the analytical process is discussed and the improved suggestion is pointed out. |
