| With the rapid progress of appliance of automation in industry, people put higher and higher demand on printing products which makes the low efficiency in traditional manual inspection cannot satisfy the need of high speed printing line. So, the printing inspection system based on machine vision occurs in this field.In the thesis, firstly, the background, current situation and future trend are introduced. then the purpose and significance of research are also introduced.The specialties of printing inspection system based on machine vision and basic functions are expatiated in the thesis. The demands of Wuhan Hongjinlong Printing Co. Ltd. are analyzed sufficiently. Based on analysis, we draw the blueprint of inspection, construct the model of it and divide the inspection system construction into several parts. In the research work, functions of each part in system which will be realized are introduced.Among all the parts, the lighting and ballast are the most complicated and difficult part. In the chapter of lighting design, the selection of lamp, design and light route calculation and realization are instructed. In the chapter of driver, the frequency of ballast is instructed. With the software BDA(Ballast Design Assistance), the design of ballast's circuit and selection of components are also completed.Other parts of machine vision inspection system such as mechanic and electric parts'design and appliance in project are introduced. The printing inspection system based on machine vision was developed and used in Wuhan Hongjinlong Printing Co. Ltd.. And the photos are showed in the chapter of example of system.Finally, conclusion is drawn and next step of research is also pointed. |
