A all-round assessment was made for the ecosystem degradation in intensive district of mining, and this make a theory foundation for recovery and restoration of ecosystem of mining district, in addition, it make the degraded ecosystem develop fully and recover.. The paper is theory and practical significance for improving the environment of dense mining districts. The paper mainly discuss several aspects: character of ecosystem degradation of dense mining districts, choice synthetically index of estimation and research on method of estimation, research and develop geographic information system about dense mining districts, according to character of ecosystem degradation of dense mining the paper brings forward measures for them.(1).The characteristic of ecosystem degraded in dense mining district. The interfering power is much harder than the resistance of ecosystem; the degradation of ecosystem is rapid and grievous; the restoration power is weakly and the speed of restoration is very slow.(2).This paper put forward the gray theory concerning balance and formed the indexes system for synthetic assessment. The assessment was made for the ecosystem degradation in intensive district of mining in Qian'an.(3).The figure dates and property dates were connected in order to show the factors about ecosystem degenerated. The MapInfo is used and the dates collected are saved, managed, operated, analyzed and showed. And this can offer support and service for synthetic assessment.(4).On the base of research and synthetic assessment the paper put forward the measure for the ecosystem degradation.
