Study Of Ecological Security In Northeast China Based On P-S-R Model

In recent years, global ecological security problems have become increasingly prominent, especially global warming, the ozone hole phenomeno, acid rain, the quality of water resources has declined, land deterioration, reduction in biodiversity and other issues, and these issues have already started to affect the survival and development of humanity, China's ecological environment is also facing a severe situation, mitigate and prevent the degradation of natural ecosystems, restore and reconstruct the damaged ecosystems, maintain the ecological system has been extremely urgent. Study of the regional ecological security evaluation, understand the ecological security of the status quo, a clear ecological impact on regional security, promote the sustainable development capabilities of the regional area. From the perspective of ecological security, comprehensive analysis part factors of ecological security, depth study the ecological security of the region.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is mainly about concept of some words, there are ecological assessment, P-S-R model, evoluation of ecological security. Introduced the research backgroud of the paper, and the summarize of the ecological assessment, clear the train of research thought and the applied method. In the second part, introduce the theory of the ecological assessment for northeast China, and structured the model for the ecological assessment. In this paper,on the basis of basic theory, clearly understand the P-S-R model, construct the ecological securiti'es index system of the northeastern region, evaluate and classify the ecologiacl security index syste. This part is the basis of the paper.The third part is about the evaluation of the current situation of the ecological security in Northeastern region, describe the current resourse situation of the Northesatern region, make use of Analytic Hierarchy Process, identify the weighing of the index system for the ecological assessment of the Northeast region, make use the index classification system in the second part, combine the weighing obtain the weighted score, and ultimately come to the Ecological Safety Evaluation Index value. According to the regional security environment in Northeast comprehensive assessment table, determine the status quo ecological safety of the Northeastern region and analysis of the results.In part four, on the basis of fingin relevant data and read literatures, papers, the paper summed up the major problems what the ecological security is facing in Northeast rigion.In part five,according to the major problems what the ecological security is facing in Northeast rigion, put forward countermeasure for dealing with the problems. According to the status qou ecological safety of the Northeastern region, the proposed construction of the regional ecological environment compensation mechanism; vigorously promoting ecological restoration and ecological construction; rational development and use of ecological resources in the establishment of regional ecological sevurity early warning system; perfect the legal system of protection of the ecological environment of these countermaesures.The paper mainly from the point of view of ecological security implications, analysis the main factors which effect the ecological security. According to construct evalution index system, determine the weight of the index, finally calculated the Ecological Safety Evaluation Index of the Northeastern region, and analysis the result. Understand the state about the ecological security of the northeastern region, providing the informations about ecological security, we can facilitate recognize the ecological state of the Northeastern region and meet the security needs.
