| The colliery hoise is the important tache in the production of coal ,and it is the important safeguard to ensure coal mine keep production effciency,safety.With the development of technology ,a great many new technology,equipment have been applied.Coal enterprise is more automatization,figure,unmanned than before.For colliery hoise system,safety and effciency are precondition,but if want to ensure safety,effciency hoise and load&unload,it requires each equipment work harmony.So convenient communication networks are needed.In my thesis ,I put forward a new method to set up the colliery hoist signal and autoload&unload control system,and demonstrate it.As the colliery hoist and antoload&unload system needs safety and effciency ,so Simense S7-300 and WinCC are introduced into my thesis.Practice result proved it has high agility,and the mouth of a well communicates well with the bottom of the well. |
