This article is about the research on the data processing problem of measuring the radial jumped error of discontinuous gyration surface. In this article, a kind of noncontact measuring equipment is used which based on the laser triangulation principle.The advantages of this equipment are as follow :high precison,high speed and can measure real-time online.It is also flexible enough to be a suitible measuring equipment for auto manufacture.In this paper, the principle and construction of the whole measuring system was presented. Discussed the difficulty in picking out and deleting the error sampling data when the measuring system is used to measure radial jumped error of discontinuous gyration surface,bring forward the method to resolve this problem and designed the whole data processing system in detail,include hardware and software.According to the experiment result, the design of data processing system is logical. Under the cooperation of the data processing system ,the whole system can measure with high precision,high speed and display the result real-time, achieve the design goal.
