The numerical control machine is the main tool of the sophisticated manufacturing and the problem of how to evaluate its quality is becoming an important task. One most important factors of the quality of the numerical control machine is machining accuracy. For this, the research of the geometric error measurement and identification is proposed based on the National key Scientific and Technological Project "Synthesis dynamic compensation technique based on sensitive points monitoring " (item number: 2009ZX04014-026) and the National Natural Science Fund Project "Complex mechanical and electrical product quality characteristic's multi-scale coupling and preventive control" (item number:50835008).The first chapter describes the key technologies of the numerical control machine geometric error measurement. The errors origin and error measuring technology are put forward in this chapter. And the developing course and trend of the technology are given.Chapter II analyzes the precision model of the numerical control machine, after which the seven-line method is introduced. The seven-line method is a new geometric error parameter identification method. This chapter discusses three typical geometry error measuring methods. Compared to these methods, the presented method is simple and accuracy in geometric error parameter identification.Chapter III discusses the laser wavelength scanning interference error measuring system. It analyses the building and constructs of error measuring system. This system is constituted of the spectrum measuring model, the data acquisition model and the data processing model. And in this chapter the principle and working process of each model are detailed discussed.Chapter IV analyzes the quality and error of the laser wavelength scanning interference system. The error analysis is presented based on the features of each model. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation error of the system is proposed.Chapter V discusses the synthesize testing on a milling machine of the laser wavelength scanning interference error measuring system. After the calculation and analysis of the measuring data, the geometry error parameters are given.Chapter VI summarizes the main content of this thesis, and discussed the research prospect.
