| Phenoxyacetate acid compounds have fierceness physiologic bioactivities. It was widely used in many fields such as pesticide,medicine.Recently, metal coordination polymers with phenoxyacetic acid have gained considerable attention not only due to their intriguing structures, photoelectric properties, but also for potential applications in agriculture.In the thesis, a series of phenoxyacetic acids and four new supramolecular coordination polymers with phenoxyacetic acid were synthesized,characterized. The studied works are concluded in the following:1. The potential herbicide safeners of 3,4,5-tris(carboxymethoxy)benzoic acid, 3-(4-(carboxymethoxy)phenyl)propanoic acid, 4-(N,N-dicarboxymethoxy)phenoxy-acetic acid have been synthesized and characterized by element analysis and FT-IR spectra.2. Four new transition metal coordination polymers with phenoxyacetic acid are synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis and , and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum.3. The bacteriostasis activity of the TBA and CPA at different concentrations was evaluated by the filter paper method. The results indicate TBA and CPA have some inhibition to the strains.4. The herbicidal activity of TBA and CPA were tested via germination method the TBA and CPA have some promotion to Lattuce sativa L. under the concentration of 1mg/ml, but under the concentration of 10mg/ml, they have some inhibition to Lattuce sativa L, the inhibition rates to yong roots were more than 60%.5. Under the imitated physiological condition of animal body, the binding of phenoxyacetate acid compounds to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrum. |
