| Moisture separator is one kind of mechanism device used to separate liquid droplets from the main flow gas. Moisture separator has developed for handreds of years, while moisture separator used in special duct hasn't a fixed configuration. Starting from actual need, in this thesis I will attempt to design a new kind of duct moisture separator by emplying some kinds of moisture separators already in existence. To achieve this purpose the follwing steps will be taken in this thesis:1. Numerical simulation will be made by dint of a special commercial CFD software.Grids will be generated and computation will continue ,so we can get the real flow states in the duct moisture separator. Both single phase and two phase analysis will be carried on especially for the vane structure,which in the most important section of the whole separator.The computation results will provide valuable proof in the improvement of the coming experiments.2. The efficiency expetiment will be carried on an appropriative small-scale wind tunnel .I will process the experiments on the firstly designed duct moisture separator ,then combine with the computation results to rebuild and optimize its configuration .Finally I can gain a new kind duct moisture separator with high separate efficiency. |
