The coal mine spontaneous combustion in our country is seriously, and this problem existing in coal mine is upwards of 56 percent according to the incompletes statistics. The losing of high quality coal has up to 42 hundreds million tons just because of the coal self-ignition. Now it also increases in the speed of two to three ten million tons and causes the economic losing hundreds millions in each year. The toxic and harmful gas had threatened the worker's life safe. There are also caused the damage of coal mine explore arrangement and the wasting of coal resources, underground materials and the device. Even it leads to the abandonment of mine in advance. So it is necessarily to study the new precaution-extingguisher fire gelatin materials. In view of existing situation of Spontaneous combustion in our coal .At present the main fire precautions-extinguisher filling materials in control coal mine Spontaneous combustion including: yellow mud, cement plaster, gangue mud, fly ash, plaster, water-glass gelatin and abolish cement cinder etc. But there also are some disadvantages such as cost is high, volume lessen after dewater, can't solidifation or sustain intensity lower after are solidified.According to the present research and appliation, the previous gelain fire precautions-extinguisher materials the water loss ratio upwards to 50~60 percent in the underground, just due to the unity and higher dewater. Owing to the amounts of release aminium of the aminium salt gelatin that be used in gelatin materials; it has restricted the safe production of coal mine seriously and threatens the healthy of the workers as well as polluted the air.Fly ash gelatin is a kind of new fire precautions-extinguisher materials, it's advantages including high water, quickly solidity, hypothermia, poisonous, tasteless and low costs etc. It is suitable for pour filling leaking stoppage in adjacent goaf missing-coal area, airtight and high temperature point.The main Start with the features of the fly ash precautions-extinguisher fire technology, this paper discusses the character of fly ash gelatin materials and its best proportion in application of the fire precautions-extinguisher technique. study content as follow: 1, fly ash gelatin materials and its formula. 2, the developments of underground transposition pour equipment. 3, poured equipment technique in adjacent gob missing-coal area of full mining face. The major technique index: 1, fly ash primary gelatin time is 1 to 30 minutes; water content is much than 80 percent. 2, pour equipment pressure is 5 MPa, stream flow is 5m~3/h, solid particle maximum carry is 5mm.Through the large test study to the fly ash gelatin in lab, author get the best material proportion by apply the grading analysis and the least square method from the mathematic statistics. Adopt the different materials of fly ash gelatin conducts cross test, and gets the gelatinize time separately; finds the relation between the material ratio and gelatinize time. We can think the best materials proportion is 1:3 to 1:5, the account of base material is 3% and gelatin B is 1%~2%. Through the test study to the underground transposition pour equipment, we think the technique is fit the demand of utilizations. There also get the fine effects by the underground industrialness test in Xinming coal mine of Xishan Coal-Electricity Group Corporation.Adopt the test conclusion of this paper developed the application of coal mine fire control in Xiangyuan Peach mine from the Changzhi City of Shanxi Province and obtained the fine effects, and the coal mine recover the normal production finally.
