There are more than 56% of mines in our country exist seams spontaneous combustion danger, seams spontaneous combustion fire serious influences coal safety production. The mine fire causes the waste of resources, influences production, pollutes the environment, and more serious it can lead the gas, coal dust explosion, result in fatal malignant personnel casualty accidents.The paper used methods of laboratory research and field applications to established and improved the system of Colloid-fighting compound. The research had found out the thick colloid, the composite colloid, the pulverized coal ash solidification materials, which all most made by pulverized coal ash.The study has also find out the material craft and the equipment that suit for this materials. And put it used in the surface on 2,311 mechanized pane, it is ensure safety working on 2,312 surface. Through consummation and establishment for the system of Colloid-fighting compound in the Baodian mine, we have solved the problem of the mine fire on the condition that deeply under the ground (-600m --700m) in Baodian mine. In the view of "guards against primarily, combine the preventing and controlling", in allusion to working surface mining process fire protection processing, we should eliminated the fire in the embryonic stage, and made the emergency fire well solved when the fire occured. Through this industrialized experiment, we have obtained the good effect. It has solved the important problems how to produce effective and synthetical on the condition that deeply under the ground in the Baodian mine, it also provided the important reference and technical support for same qualification colliery.
