Study On Environmental Information Release System

Today the sense of the sustainable development are more popular. The international community have the consensus of protecting environment against pollution. More and more government and people make the effort to this area. Theories of enviromental management are various. The system of environmental information release is one of the effective environment management methods. In China, some progress have been made in this field. However, the system of evnironmental information release has not been established yet. Further research on this new issue is requested.This dissertation makes a research on environmental information release with the methods of historical study and analytical study. It covers basic concepts of environmental information release, the development of the system, the basis of the system, the practice of environmental information release, the author's proposal on the build of the system environmental information release in China. This dissertation studies the system of environmental information release from four different parts.The first part is regarding the basic concepts of the subject, and analyses the history of the development of environmental information release. The second part introduces the practice and contents of the system oversea, discusses the elements affecting its development. The third part analyses the relationgship of those elements ,especially the conflict comprised in current situation of environmental information release in China. The four part makes some suggestions for the establishment of the system of environmental information release in China.There are many elements to influence the establishment of environmental information release. The government information disclosure is the important one. Besides, civil's consciousness and active taking part in it are necessary.
