The numerical simulation model of horizontal well gravel packing is nearly irrespective to time, and do not describe the whole process of horizontal well gravel packing. The former neglects the filtration of carrying fluid to stratum. The complex connection of many physics parameter is replaced by the simply experience connection that is gained by regression of physics simulation result. The dependability of calculative result is disbelieved. The mass conservation equation, momentum conservation equation and assistant equation are made up numerical former of describing horizontal well gravel packing. At the same time, between the packing rate and the construct parameters is do not constituted apparent relation equation because of the complex of the parameters, therefore the mortar delivery volume, carrying fluid viscosity, washing and screen rate, horizontal hole section length, gravel density and filtration intensity are optimized by orthogonal array using known parameters such as the structure of well, screen size, gravel parameter, carrying fluid performance and the formation porosity and permeability. Four sand control construct effect indicates the design has completely attained actual demand, and single well averaging daily fluid production attains 24.6t/d, the sand content of well mouth test less than 0.01%.
