Technology Research And Field Test Of The Nitrogen Injection

The nitrogen injection is a tertiary oil recovery technology. It is a stimulation method of oil field, using appropriative membrane separation device to separate nitrogen from the air. According to the characteristics of the heavy oil, the light oil, and gas field, the different nitrogen injection should be used.Based on the analysis of the property of nitrogen, this paper introduces the present commonly used injection system of nitrogen, and studies the fundamental principle of injecting nitrogen to enhanced oil recovery. The function mechanism of the nitrogen injection under the different reservoir fluid property and geologic condition is researched.and relevant matching technologic measures is developed. Moreover, this paper analyses the application examples of heavy oil with injecting nitrogen insulated cleanup technique , and fracture acidizing well with nitrogen airlift flowback, and proposes the improvement measures.
