Research On Flow Injection Analytical Method Suited For Full Automatic Determining Nitrate Nitrogen And Nitrite Nitrogen In Water

The theory and experiment of Flow injection analysis (FIA), put forward by Ruzicka and Hansen in 1975, has developed rapidly in a short time after its appearance. Many conventional method of solution treating can be on-line finished quickly and automatically by FIA. It is suited for field analyzing of pollutant.In water-quality indexes, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen which are importance parameters of water-quality determination, belong to toxicology index. So firstly, this article introduces existing condition and hazard of nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen's pollution and other researchers' study in how to determining nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen.Secondly, the automatic analytical technological process to determinate simultaneously nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water by adopting Flow Injection Spectrophotometry is discussed. It includes the principle, the parameter election and result of the experiment. In the base, the automatic analytical equipment of determining simultaneously nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen has been designed out preliminarily.In the end, the conclusion of the article and the shortage of research effort are represented.
