The sea buckthorn resource is rich in our country, accounting for 95% of the world sea buckthorntotal sown area. The sea buckthorn is the ecology construction pioneer which compatibility is strong,bearing arid, severely cold weather and barren earth. The sea buckthorn fruit juice richly contains vitaminC. The seed occupies about 10% of the entire fruit heavy and containing oil 7-11%. In recent years, themassive research have promulgated the medical function of the sea buckthorn seed oil in anti bacteria,enhancement human body immunity, anti-cancer, anti-radiation, sterilization, promotion the organizationto regenerate, cardiovascular disease and cosmetology and so on. Along with the people uncreasingrealized the sea buckthorn seed oil, the sea buckthorn oil market is booming. How making sea-buckthornseed oil which is natural, high purity and lower solvent residual has become the research the hot spot.The supercritical CO2 fluid and molecular distillation was used as extraction and purification seabuckthorn seed oil. At first, the single factor condition which affected the extraction of supercritical CO2fluid was introduced, then the orthogonal experiment, the verification test and expanded experiment whichobtained by the orthogonal experiment. Finally, the single factor condition which influence moleculardistillation technology purification sea buckthorn seed oil linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid was introduced.The main results were as follows:Through the single factor testing method, the extraction was taken rate as the inspection target andextraction pressure, extraction time, extraction temperature and degree of particle size as the factors.Various targets to the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of the sea buckthorn seed oil extraction wereinspected. The best parameter range was obtained. Through the orthogonal test method and taking theextraction rate as the inspection target, the extracting pressure, the extraction time, the extractiontemperature and the particle size was taken as the factor, we carried L9(3)4 experimental. The optimumextraction craft conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 25Mpa; extraction temperature 45℃;extraction time 2 hours and particle size 60. The average extraction rate was 7.57%. The extractionpressure, extraction time, extraction temperature, the degree of particle size to the influence of extractionrate was qualitatively discussed.The gas chromatography (GC) tocarry was used on the analysis with the meter to the supercritical CO2extraction of sea-buckthorn seed oil ingredient the result to demonstrate that. The sea-buckthorn seed oilingredient was primarily fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid content accounts for 85%. The unsaturatedfatty acid was mainly the oleic acid21.65%, the linoleic acid37.51%,α-linolenic acid26.77%.Through the single factor testing method, distillation temperature, agitating speed and feed rate as thefactors, we inspected various targets change to the linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid ethyl contentinfluence. The optimum experiment parameter range was as follows: distillation temperature 100-130℃,agitating rate 420r/min and feeding rate 20~40 drops/min. The content of linoleic acid andα-linolenic acidwere raised from 64.28% to 75.77%. Applied for the molecular distillation to the sea-buckthorn seed oilseparation purification process had explored a new way.
