| It was summarized in this paper that the basic characteristics andmechanism of fumes, the measurement and influencing factors of rhea mountof fumes, the disbennifit of welding fumes and the development of researchof low fume electrode at home and abroad. The components of electrode hadan important affect to the amount of fumes. By adjusting the constitutesof coatings, the low fume electrodes were successfully developed. Theperformance and mechanics parameters of the low fume electrode are no lessthan the production of manufactures. The reduction of the amount of fumeswas in evidence.By adjusting the constitutes of coatings and alloy system, the lowfume electrodes were made. The amount of fumes get for the demands of theproject and the chemistry components, mechanics and radiographicinspection reach the standards of nation. The progress was made in thewelding usability of acid electrode J422DF. The most factor of the weldingfume amount is the content of TiO2,CaO与SiO2. The percents of CaF2 inbasic elctrode have direct effect on the welding usability and the amountof fume. |
