CM is a new and environmental special type rubber. In the home market, theapplication of CM is on the developing phase. CM and its blending can be used as themain material of cable, rubber hoses, rubber production of mold presses, rubber waterproof rolling material and flame retardant of rubber production. The replacement ofCSM and CR has became a tendency. So it is very important to carry on research oncompound system and blending system and autohesion property of CM.Through reading and summarizing many documents, firstly the structurecharacteristic and performance of CM and autohesion of rubber are presented. Andthen the rubber formulation design method and optimum are introduced. Finally thecorapound system and blending system and autohesion of CM are researched by meansof RCAD. The result is being as follows.(1) The Zn(AA)2 is a effective cocrosslinking agent of peroxide system of CM.The curing speed is advanced while the fix extend stress and tear strength areimproved. Increasing quantity of the thio urea and S have no effect on the Tcl0 duringthe thio urea curing system.(2) Nanokaolin has the same reinforcement property as N550 and silica. But itsTo90 and mooney is lower than that of silica.(3) Plasticizer of ester type has best plasticizing effect On CM among the threekind of plasticizer. CM has high tensile strength plasticized by epoxidized soybean oil.And chloroparaffin makes CM has high tear strength.(4) With the chlorined content increased, the glass transit is elevated. The glasstransit of CSM is lower than CM at the same chlorine content. And the chlorineduniformity of CM is better. The consistent of CM and CSM is good. At the ratio of 50/50, it is almost became continuum configuration. The blending property has no bigchange when the CM content is lower than 40 share.(5) The consistent of CM and CR is not as good as CM and CSM. At the ratio of50/50, CM is dispersed in CSM. The blending of CM and CR has high tensile strengthat the ratio of 40/60.(6) With the chlorined content increased, the autohesion of CM is increased.CM140B has the highest autohesion in the three kind Of chlorined content CM. Thesmaller CB could give CM higher autohesion. Compared to other minal pigment,kaolin could makes CM has higher autohesion. During different tackifying resin,SP 1068 could give CM higher autohesion.
