| Since 1970s, CM rubber has been one of products whose using amount was the fastest increasing rates in the synthetic rubber, and CM rubber has especially quickly risen in cable. With the development of national economy and popularization of home appliances, wire and cable are progressing rapidly in nation. Nation promulgated a series of safe function regulations in recent years, and the electric cable standard also was in the emendation. Therefore, the electric wire and electric cable products face new the renewal of the round to change the generation. CM was of many functions, such as heat-resisting, cold-resistant, flame-retarded, so that it had large development spare in electric wire and cable and became tendency in replacement of CR rubber and CSM rubber. In a word, it is the most important that many research were carried on cooperation system and application of CM rubber.Through reading and summarizing many documents, firstly the structure characteristic and performance of CM rubber and retardant of polymer are disserted, and then the rubber formulation design method and optimum are introduced. Finally the curing system and reinforcing system and retardant system of CM are studied by means of RCOS.(1)The peroxide is a desirable curing system for CM135B, the compound curied by the blending of thiourea and thiadiazole results in significant improves in tear strength, and the vulcanizations shows good comprehensive properties.(2)The effects of CB and mineral pigment to the reinforcement change properties on rubber CM 135B are studied. The results show that the CB being of the smallest size the biggest surface area and the highest structure have the best reinforcing ability .The reinforcing ability of mineral pigment is less than CB ,but mineral pigment can well change the hardness of cured rubber stock and decrease the price. |
