In the production, there were significant influences about the properties of fabrics, the properties of fusible fabrics and apparel technologies to the size specifications of ready made clothes. It was necessary to research the influences about the properties of materials and bonding temperatures to the size specifications of ready made clothes to ensure the precision of size specifications and enhance the appearance quality of ready made clothes.There were many aspects related to the properties of materials and apparel technologies. In this paper, the indexes related to heat shrinkage rate of fabrics and bonding temperatures were chosen to research the influences about the properties of materials and bonding temperatures to the size specifications of ready made clothes.In this paper, four kinds of fabrics and three kinds of fusible fabrics were chosen to be tested. The indexes, such as the tex of yarns, the density, standard moisture regain and stretchability of fabrics were tested. The properties of standard moisture regain, washing shrinkage rate of fusible fabrics were also tested. The properties of tensile, shear, bending, compression and surface of these fabrics were also tested by using KES. In addition, the properties of heat shrinkage rate of warp yarns as well as weft yarns were tested on the conditions that the fabrics were bonded with fusible fabrics or not. The tested data on the heat shrinkage rate were analyzed by using EXCEL. And the correlation analysis was also done by using statistical software package SPSS 10.0. The results not only showed that the properties of heat shrinkage rate of wrap yarns were more superior than that of weft yarns at the same temperature, but also showed that the properties of heat shrinkage rate of chemical fiber fabrics were more superior than that of other fabrics. The results also showed that the heat shrinkage rate of fabrics were increased with increase of temperature and there were marked correlations between heat shrinkage rate of fabrics and the properties of fusible fabrics. Furthermore, the results showed that there were significant relationships between heat shrinkage rate and the properties of stretchability as well as work of tensile of these fabrics. The significant variables were chosen for the regression analysis. By using the obtained regression equations, the properties of heat shrinkage rate can be predicted more rationally. It will provide scientific reference for the production of ready made clothes. |
