The formation of the sheet with cold pressure is an important branch of the metal plastic working, kinds of accessories make up with sheet as the raw material are extensively used in the aviation, auto locomotive, daily hardware and other industrial departments. the enterprises which manufacture sheets and sheet productions are all to be the most important sections of our national economy, so the research on the plastic bending of the sheet also have the extensive engineering background and the applied prospect.In recent years, although the research on sheet molding had a substantial development, but mostly are the calculator technique using in the sheet molding, there is few of technical study which take sheet molding as the subject investigation, and for the research on the thick sheet of 10 millimeters upward molding is less, in the processing of the thick sheet molding, the changing of sheet thick to thin in the molding process, the changing of neutral layer in the process of the stress straining, the influence of relation stress strain's of different materials to parameter, these influences and the rebound of the bending sheet still need further research and resolve.This subject takes the thick metal sheet as the research object, adopting combination of physics analysis and mathematics calculation, combination of the theories study with computer simulating and concretely experiment, at the basic of analyze the stress strain of sheet's thickness direction, consider the influence of sheet's thickness variety and the stress straining neutral layer's variety to the craft parameter, in the basic of using for reference of the sheet, figure out the craft process and craft parameter of the sheet.This subject adopt Deform simulated software, proceed numeric value simulating of the parts of metal material's steel molding, continuously to correct the calculation of the craft parameter through simulating, to validate the parameter through concrete experiment which can determine it, eventually obtain the better calculating method which accord with the real production.
