The Research Of Milk Colony Thickness Detector Set Based On Color Different Theory

In recent years, the milk industry has got great development in our country, and the total milk kind product has broken 10 million ton, it has done some contribute for citizen's healthy and people's life, while going with milk poisoning events have taken place sometimes in China. Investigation shows that a major cause of milk poisoning is that the raw milk is heavily polluted and the colony thickness greatly exceeds the national standard. In order to cut down the incidence of milk poisoning, the quality of the raw milk must be strictly controlled. However, at the present, the tradition's detection technology and devices of the milk conoly thickness available in China have the shortcomings of complex operation or not complex but a long detection period, these tradition detection methods are mainly used in the inspection of finished dairy products, which can not make sure that the raw milk quality is safe evidently. Although the advanced detection devices overseas are fast and easy-operation, they are too expensive, and the detection cost is too high. The large dairy enterprises in China have the advanced milk bacteria thickness detection devices, but they are used in quality inspection of finished dairy products rather than raw milk because of too much detection cost.In view of this situation, the research of a new easy-operation and fast detection instrument for milk bacteria thickness is discussed detailedly in this thesis. Based on reassuring will show different color in different colony thickness milk solution, and color information of fore-and-aft milk solution added chemical medicine utilizing will be gained by image sensors, we build the relation between the colony thickness in milk and the color change by mathematic software.Though the result given by the detector system is not cntent, the way will be better through the profound reaserch. Consequently, the quality of the raw milk can be strictly controlled, the production of problematic dairy products can be interfused, and the incidence of milk poisoning can be cut down.
